As per your booking and confirmation email from CitizenPlane, please be informed that online check-in is not available for most flights unless otherwise instructed in the confirmation. Therefore, you will need to retrieve your tickets at the airline's check-in desk directly at least 2 hours before the flight.
Please ensure that you carry a currently valid ID (identification)/passport for each passenger, as it will be required at the check-in desk.
Kindly note that your ticket number and/or boarding pass will not be available before check-in at the airport, as specified in your confirmation email. This is because your ticket is part of a tour operator allocation.
