Hadrien Musitelli is the co-founder and CEO of CitizenPlane, where he drives the company’s growth and global expansion through travel technology solutions focused on retailing, customer experience, and distribution. He began his career in finance before transitioning into the aviation sector, driven by strong entrepreneurial ambition and a passion for air transport.
He co-founded CitizenPlane with the aim of addressing inefficiencies in air travel, particularly the challenge of unsold inventory. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a global platform that helps airlines and travel partners optimize revenue, expand distribution, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Alexis Ohayon, CTO
Alexis Ohayon is the co-founder and CTO of CitizenPlane, where he leads the company's technical vision and product architecture across its full suite of airline technology solutions. He began his career in audiovisual production before transitioning into software and product development, driven by a growing passion for building systems that solve real operational problems.
He co-founded CitizenPlane with the conviction that the complexity that airlines face daily with their software was a product of legacy thinking, not an inherent constraint. Under his technical leadership, CitizenPlane has built a modern stack spanning reservations, distribution, and revenue management, designed to be easy to use and give mid-tier carriers full control.
