If a flight is cancelled, it is the responsibility of the airline/tour-operator to offer a replacement solution to the passenger, even if their flight had a connection. The passenger has the right to choose between the newly proposed itinerary or reimbursement of the ticket.

Please include an offer for a new flight. We will notify you within 48 hours if the passenger refuses the change.
