Passenger taxes are fees imposed by governments on airline tickets. Our bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, in the event that a passenger fails to fly, for any reason, they are entitled to have their passenger taxes reimbursed according to European law, which can be found in the following link: https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/travel/passenger-rights/air/index_en.htm.

This European law stipulates that passengers who do not fly are entitled to a refund of their passenger taxes. The airline must refund this amount, even if the ticket is non-refundable. Passenger taxes are an itemized charge that appears on the ticket and varies depending on the country's destination and tax laws.

In such cases, our support team will contact you to inquire about the amount of passenger taxes to reimburse. If there is no response within 72 hours, we will have to apply a flat rate of 12% of the ticket. This is in line with European law, which allows airlines to retain a reasonable amount from the passenger taxes to cover administrative costs.
