All of our tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
As they are discounted tickets, they cannot be changed or refunded, even for a fee. Please note that there is no grace period associated with the tickets.
In the case of injury, many credit card providers offer coverage if a passenger cannot fly. You can lodge a claim directly with your card provider, and we will assist with any necessary documentation that you might need.
If you purchased cancellation insurance during the booking process, you would need to contact the travel agency that charged you for the booking.
We do not provide cancellation insurance, and they will guide you through the refund process.
